Our founder and Chief executive, Ms. Kishwar Adil Nensey, has an extensive operational experience spanning over 20 years in the field of Human Behavioural development, through training and consultancy, across corporate, social and educational sectors.

Through her years of experience she has enriched herself through interactions with several students, teachers, professionals, senior managers and industry leaders. Her forte lies in facilitating intensive training programs based on her deep insight to understand client needs and to help achieve measurable outcomes. A progressive thinker, she thrives on delving into the intangible aspects of organizational behaviour, bettering their impact and displaying results in tangible ways.

A gold medallist at the Master’s Level in Education from the Mumbai University, she is also equipped with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Ms. Nensey has a passion for the English language and a degree in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) from USA, which enables her to design and conduct special programs in ‘Business English’.

She also strives to hone the skills of her team and of trainers and to sharpen their perspective through extensive ‘Train the Trainer’ Programs. She continues to believe in the empowerment of the individual through the power of life skills.
